In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a both a FAQ system and a support ticket system. Before submitting a ticket, please see if your question is answered in our online FAQ system. If not, please feel free to submit a ticket using the New Ticket button below.
We take your ticket very seriously, and try to answer all tickets within 24 hours (in many cases I will answer personally much faster). Response will be slower late at night (US time) and on weekends.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.
